Physical Products (Yarn, Tools, Supplies, etc.)
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase of physical products, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened & Unused: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unopened.
- Packaging Intact: Products must be returned with the original packaging and tags (if applicable).
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required for all returns or exchanges.
How to Request a Return or Refund:
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
